การพัฒนาการจัดระบบทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ สำหรับพิพิธภัณฑ์พุทธปฏิมา

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์การจัดระบบทรัพยากรสารสนเทศสำหรับพิพิธภัณฑ์พุทธปฏิมาและ 2) พัฒนาการจัดระบบทรัพยากรสารสนเทศสำหรับพิพิธภัณฑ์พุทธปฏิมา ประกอบด้วยการออกแบบการจัดระบบทรัพยากรสารสนเทศสำหรับพุทธปฏิมาและการพัฒนาหัวเรื่องสำหรับพุทธศิลปะ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แผนการจัดหมวดหมู่และแบบแผนเมทาเดทาวีอาร์เอ คอร์ 3.0 แบบแผนการจัดทำทะเบียนบัญชีวัตถุพิพิธภัณฑ์ของกรมศิลปากร คู่มือหัวเรื่องภาษาไทย ใช้โปรแกรมมายเอสคิวแอลและภาษาพีเอชพีในการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลและเว็บไซต์ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการประเมินระบบ และวิเคราะห์ผลการประเมินโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลของการวิจัย คือ ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแผนการจัดหมู่ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศสำหรับพุทธปฏิมา โดยแบ่งการจัดหมู่เป็น 3 ครั้ง คือ การแบ่งครั้งที่ 1 ที่ตั้งและยุคสมัย ได้แก่ อินเดีย ประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน และไทย การแบ่งครั้งที่ 2ประเภท ได้แก่ พุทธปฏิมานูนตํ่า นูนสูง และลอยตัว และการแบ่งครั้งที่ 3 วัสดุ ได้แก่ หิน ดินเผา ดินดิบ ปูนปั้นปูนสะตายจิ๋น สำริด ชิน และไม้ ผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำต้นแบบแบบแผนการลงรายการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศสำหรับพุทธปฏิมาประกอบด้วย 27 เขตข้อมูล ได้รวบรวมหัวเรื่องภาษาไทยด้านพุทธศิลปะ จำนวน 429 หัวเรื่อง และพัฒนาหัวเรื่องเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 23 หัวเรื่อง ผู้วิจัยได้นำต้นแบบไปลงรายการพุทธปฏิมาในพิพิธภัณฑ์พระ-ประทีปโกลด์แลนด์จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 343 ระเบียน โดยจัดทำเป็นฐานข้อมูลบรรณานุกรม พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ ผลการประเมินของกลุ่มผู้ดูแลระบบ พบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพร้อยละ 88.40 ด้านการสืบค้นทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ร้อยละ 85.60 ด้านการแสดงผลหน้าจอ ร้อยละ 82.00 และด้านการจัดการแฟ้มข้อมูลร้อยละ 80.00 ผลการประเมินของกลุ่มผู้สนใจทั่วไปพบว่า ด้านการสืบค้นทรัพยากรสารสนเทศมีประสิทธิภาพร้อยละ 83.80 ด้านสภาพทั่วไป ร้อยละ 82.80 และด้านการแสดงผลหน้าจอ ร้อยละ 81.20 ในภาพรวมระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้มีประสิทธิภาพคิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.30

Abstract

This research aims to 1) analyze the organization of information resources for Buddha Images Museum, and2) develop a system for the organization of information resources for Buddha Images Museum comprisingof the system design and the subject headings development for Buddhist arts. Research tools were:classification system, metadata schema, VRA Core 3.0, museum cataloging format developed by theDepartment of Fine Arts, and handbook of Thai subject headings. MySQL and PHP language programswere used to develop a database system and a website. Questionnaire responses were utilized toevaluate the system. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, meanand standard deviation).

Results of this research were as follows. The researcher classified for Buddha images into3 summaries. The first summary was divided by location and period: India, neighboring countries andThailand. The second summary was divided by types: low, high and round relief. The third summary wasdivided by materials: stone, baked clay, raw clay, stucco, lime jin style, bronze, shin and wood. Furthermore,the researcher created a Buddha images cataloging prototype, comprising 27 fields, compiled 429 subjectheadings for Buddhist arts as well as 23 additional headings. Based on the prototype, the researcher created343 records of the Buddha images at Prateep Goldland Buddha Images and Amulets Museum, Chiang Raiprovince. After that a bibliographic database and a website were developed. According to the evaluation bysystem administrators, the results showed the ratings of efficiency on general system utilization (88.40%),information resources searching (85.60%), display results (82.00%), and filing management (80.00%).According to the evaluation by interested individuals presented the ratings of efficiency on informationresources searching (83.80%), general system utilization (82.80%), and display results (81.20%). The overallefficiency of the developed system is at 83.30%.
