Guidelines for Development Academic Cooperation Networks of Schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

The purposes of this study were: 1) To study the academic cooperation networks components of schools under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 4. 2) To study the current conditions of the academic cooperation network of schools under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 4. 3) To study the guidelines for the development of academic cooperation networks of schools under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 4. The research was conducted in 3 phases: Phase 1: Study of components by studying concepts, theories, and synthesis of components and evaluating the suitability of components by 5 experts. Phase 2: Study of current conditions by creating a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale, then using the generated questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 165 people and analyze the current conditions, then prioritize each aspect by sorting according to the mean of each aspect. Phase 3: study the development guidelines by drafting the guidelines by the researchers and interviewing 5 experts, then improve the guidelines for the development of academic cooperation networks and evaluating the suitability and feasibility of the guidelines by 5 experts.
The results showed that 1) The academic cooperation network components of schools under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 4 consisted of 4 components of the cooperation network: 1) having common objectives or goals. 2) joint activities. 3) exchange interaction and 4) participation. And the scope of academic work has 5 components, 1) educational curriculum development. 2) the aspect of development of learning process. 3) educational measurement and evaluation. 4) research to improve the quality of education and 5) educational supervision. A total of 9 components. overall, all components were appropriate at the highest level. 2) The current conditions of the academic cooperation network of schools under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 4 overall was at a high level. The overall cooperation network was at a high level and the overall academic scope was at a high level. 3) The guidelines for the development of academic cooperation networks of schools under the office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 4 consisted components 38 sub-guides. It was found in total, The overall suitability and feasibility were at the highest level.
