Administrative Factor Model Affects Effectiveness of Child Development Centers under Sub District Administration, Northeastern Region

Abstract

     The objective of this research to determine the linear structural relationship and to construct Administrative Factor Model of child development centers that affect the effectiveness of the child development center. under Sub District Administration Northeast The research methods were as follows: a synthesis of concepts, theories, management factors and effectiveness of child care center management. Examine the linear structural relationship between administrative factors and the effectiveness of the administration of child care centers in 2,905 populations. A sample of 341 sites created a 5-level estimation questionnaire for administrators and heads of child development centers as a respondent total of 489 responses were received, representing 71.70%. Data were analyzed using LISREL program to test hypotheses and empirical data and create a model for 9 experts to assess suitability.

     The results showed that :

     1. Administrative factor model of child development centers consist of personnel management. material management budget and financial management and management There was a linear structural relationship with the effectiveness of the child development center. Consistent with the empirical data, it was at an acceptable level with the following three criteria: 1) statistical chi-square (x²) at the .05 level. 2) The chi-square ratio divided by Comparative Fit Index was is equal to 1.97 and 3) Estimation of Root Mean Square Error of Approximation is less than 0.05

     2. Administration factors of child development centers Direct influence on management quality effectiveness (0.88) and experience management (0.16) and indirect influence on desirable characteristics (0.76) management quality effectiveness. Direct influence on experience (0.78) and direct influence (0.27) and indirect influence (0.48) on desirable characteristics. The overall influence was 76 and the experience management effectiveness had a direct influence (0.62) on the desirable characteristics.

     3. The model of Administration factors affecting the effectiveness of child care center management has passed a suitability assessment from an expert.
