Change management model of educational institute administrators which affects the management of the quality system to an international standard school of primary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract

           The objectives of this research were as follows: To study the linear structure relationship between change management and the quality system of international standard schools. and change management style Affecting the management of elementary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The population was 203 schools, the sample group consisted of 136 schools. The respondents were administrators, heads of academic department, teachers and chairmen of the educational institutes committee. Total 4 A total of 544 people created a 5-level estimation scale research tool. Collected 493 questionnaires, representing 90.63 percent. They were analyzed to find the relationship between the linear structure and the empirical data. By using the LISREL program (LISREL) and creating a model for 12 experts to assess the suitability and feasibility. The results of the research found that

The results of the examination of the linear structural relationship model between change management and the international standard school quality system found that it was based on the hypothesis and consistent with the empirical data with the ratio between the chi-square statistic. with the number of degrees of freedom equal to 0.00014 statistical chi-square Divided by the degree of freedom is 1.71, and the mean square root error estimate criterion = 0.032.

Internationalization consists of 5 aspects: 1) academic excellence 2) bilingual communication 3) advanced ideas 4) creative production and 5) shared responsibility for the world.
