This research was a mixed research method, The objectives of this research were as follows: 1)To study the currents of the administration of the Elderly outpatient service system at community hospital in Sisaket province was Quantitative research and by literature review to developed the interview guideline and create a 5-level estimation questionnaire. Participants were 180 of three groups: the hospital administrators, Staffs who taking care of the Elderly outpatient service system, the elderly outpatients and analyzed using Mean and Standard deviation. 2) The scenarios of the administration of the Elderly outpatient service system at community hospital, Sisaket province in during the next decade (B.E.2574) was Futures Research (EDFR) and using EDFR process, Participants were 22 experts.Analyzed using Percentage median and interquartile ranges were obtained. Analyze most probable and the most probable trends. and summarize the scenarios.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The currents of the administration of the Elderly outpatient service system at community hospital in Sisaket province consisted of 4 dimensions: found that the overall picture was at a high level ( = 3.66) considering each aspect was at a high level in all aspects. Sorted in descending order as follows: Staffs ( =3.82), Services ( =3.72), Information technology ( = 3.61) and Service process ( =3.53), respectively. 2)The scenarios of the administration of the Elderly outpatient service system at community hospital, Sisaket province in during the next decade (B.E.2574). Consisted of 4 dimensions were most probable and the most probable trends by experts. Sorted in descending order as follows: 1) Information technology 100%, 2) Service process 100% 3) Services 94.29% and 4) Staffs 86.67% respectively.
