Quality of Work Life and Engagement that is Related to The Performance of Employees in The Energy Industry

The purpose of this study was to 1) compare personal factors affecting employee performance 2) study the relationship between quality of work life and the performance 3) study the relationship between organizational affinity and the performance of employees in the energy industry group. The research population is 1,318 employees in the energy industry group of PTG Energy Public Company Limited. A multistage sampling method was used, A sample of 310 people was obtained. The tool used to collect data is a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the sample group had overall opinions about the quality of working at the highest level. The overall commitment to the organization was at the highest level. The sample group had the overall opinion about the performance at the highest level. According to the hypothesis testing results, it was found that different genders, ages, and work performance affect the performance of employees in different energy industry groups. The quality of working life consisted of compensation and benefits received, safe working conditions that promoted health, progress, human competence development, social integration personal rights, work-life balance, and other aspects of life. In terms of society, it was found that overall, the progress, and other aspects related to society and normative aspects. All three aspects are factor that affected the performance of employees in the energy industry with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
