The Strategic Recommendations for Digital Leadership Development of School Administrators in Educational Opportunity Expansion School under the Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

This research aims to create and examine the strategic recommendations for digital leadership development of school administrators in educational opportunity expansion school under the Udonthani primary educational service area office 3. This research is Policy Research and Mixed Methods Research. The research procedures consisted of 2 phases : 1) to study document research of digital leadership and interview, In-Depth Interview, 5 experts for creating the strategic recommendations for digital leadership. 2) to examine the strategic recommendations for digital leadership from 5 experts in Propriety, Feasibility and Utility. of strategy recommendations. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation.
The results of the study revealed that the strategic recommendations for digital leadership development of school administrators in educational opportunity expansion school under the Udonthani primary educational service area office 3 in vision, missions, goals, objectives, strategy and practices. They were consistent with propriety, feasibility and utility at the highest level.
