Abstract

         The aim for this research was: (1) to studied the Innovation Organization,  Office of the Permanent Secretary,  Ministry of Industry: (2)to compare of the Innovation Organization, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of  industry By personal factors: and (3)to study propose ways to the Innovation Organization, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of  industry. The researcher used quantitative research. Population : Government officials in the Office of the Permanent Secretary,  Ministry of Industry process of 1,041 people calculates according to Taro Yamane formula 289 samples were used by proportional Stratified Random Sampling. And questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, find the quality of research tools The total confidence value was 0.956. The data were analyzed using a computer program. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one – way ANOVA. The results of study were that: (1) there was a high level of overall of the Innovation Organization, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Industry. When considering each side, It was found that the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Industry had a high level of innovation in all 10 sides. With opportunities and threats, vision, communication, involvement, Continuing and stretching individual development, structure, Key individuals, Team working, Creative climate and Learning organization, respectively. (2) It was found that work experience  is only related to the perception in the innovation Organization, at 0.05 level. And (3) The propose to be an Innovation Organization, Office of the Permanent Secretary,  Ministry of Industry found that The introduction of innovation in management is limited in terms of regulations and regulations that must comply with the laws that  apply to government agencies. Employees should be encouraged to participate in knowledge management. Knowledge transfer and operational experience. And there is an activity in the field of innovation development to be more concrete.
