Objective of this research is to develop social media for the Khao Lung Rin community enterprise, Samed sub-district, Chaiya district, Surat Thani province. Using quantitative and qualitative research Population and consumer samples in Surat Thani Province And consumer groups in online society Using a specific sampling method Consumers who find public relations media Of 200 sets of Khao Lung Rin community enterprise by simple random sampling The statistics used in the quantitative research were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation. In qualitative research, the interview pattern created by the researcher was used. The developing media to create public relations on face book to publicize and sell the community product and to promote who are interested to follow on face book: Khao Lung Rin community product. The instagram account is created to public relations and sell the community products and to promote who are interested to follow the instagram account.
The results showed that the majority of respondents (Gen B: Baby Boomer) had overall brand development satisfaction level. At the highest level (x̄ = 4.53), the overall satisfaction level of Facebook digital media content was the highest (x̄ = 4.53). The overall Facebook digital media content category was the highest (x̄ = 4.46), and the overall Instagram digital media content type satisfaction was high (x̄ = 4.42) The overall Instagram digital media content category satisfaction was at a high level (x̄ = 4.48). The satisfaction level was for digital media content types. Shopee in the whole High level (x̄ = 4.37), overall satisfaction level of digital media content Shopee was high (x̄ = 4.38), there was a level of satisfaction on digital media in each app. The overall applications are at a high level (x̄ = 4.44).
