Abstract

The purpose of this study were to study 1) the need for the development of innovative leadership of school administrators schools under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 2) suggestion for the development of innovative leadership of school administrators Schools under the Office of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area, Area 1. The sample group in this study was schools under the Office of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area. The provider information in each school, divided into 291 teachers. The data collecting was a questionnaire of 3 parts. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and order of importance index and Needs or Modified Priority Needs Index : PNI Modified. The results of the research revealed that

1) The need for innovation leadership development of the school administrators consists of 7 components. It was at the highest level. The status was at a high level. In terms of reward for innovation, there was an index of importance of the highest priority first, followed by the selection of people for innovation. The aspect that has the importance index of priority in the last step was the team building innovation.

2) The suggestion for the development of innovative leadership of the school administrators, the highest frequency was the school administrators that should promote and support teachers and personnel to receive innovative training workshops.
