The Pattern of Foreign Workers Management of Entrepreneurship in Lower Northeast

The main purpose of this research is to study the appropriate foreign workers management model among Thai entrepreneurs in the lower North Eastern, Thailand after joining in the ASEAN community context. The samples consisted of 292 entrepreneurs in the lower North Eastern area who employ foreign workers. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with reliability at 0.95 and the ANOVA was used for statistics analysis on comparing the foreign workers management model of entrepreneurs in the lower North Eastern area categorized by business type, financial investment and number of employees. The result found that the entrepreneurs with business types difference manage the foreign workers model differently, with a statistical significance of 0.05 while the entrepreneurs with different financial investment also deal with recruitment, employment, safety and labor relations differently. In addition, entrepreneurs with different number of employees were different in planning, job evaluation, health and safety, regulations and labor relations with a statistical significance of 0.05, while others are insignificantly different.
