The Development of Affection Test of Senior High School Students

The purposes of this research were: 1) to analyze the element of affection 2) and develop affection scale for senior high school students. The data gathering consisted of 899 senior high school students. Research instrument was affection test Data were analyzed by using; item discrimination, correlation, reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, content validity by index of item-objective congruence (IOC), exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, measurement model validity by both model fit indexes and construct validity. Results found that;
- The result found that there were 4 elements of affection: generosity, friendly, glad and mindfulness.
- There were 2 development affection model, by researcher, there were 3 elements consists of 33 items from the observation found that the first element, the index of affection: generosity, friendly, glad and mindfulness were c2= 254.64, df = 240, p = .247, RMSEA = 0.012, CFI = 1.00, GFI = 0.97c2/ df = 1.06 sand the reliability was 0.888. the development of mindfulness by Orawan Sinlapakij (2015), 11 items had reliability about 0.866.
