Abstract

This research aimed to study the ratio of return on investment decisions of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This research is quantitative research by studying data from the Stock Exchange of Thailand database and annual report (56-1) of all 8 industry groups for 3 years from the year 2016 to 2018. The researcher determined the sample size by using the krejcie and morgan table. The sample size of the 230 companies were used for the analysis by percentage statistics and multiple regression analysis. The result of the research showed that the ratio of return from calculating Return on Equity (ROE) had a significant relationship with the investor's decision at a level of 0.05. Therefore, it indicated that Return on Equity (ROE) was highly correlated with investors' decisions because returns were used in an important part of the decision. As if any company provides high returns, there is a high risk as well.
