THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUPERVISION CLASSROOM RESEARCH MODEL IN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL OF KAMPHAENGPHET PROVINCIAL OFFICE

This research purpose to the study was designed to develop the supervision model in primary educational of Kamphaengphet provincial office. The methodology of the study consisted of four steps As follows : 1) to define the conceptual framework in research ; 2) study the current condition. Issues and needs regarding Visual communication research in the elementary classroom, attached to Kamphaengphet. ;3) a research on elementary school class affiliation of Kamphaengphet. ;4) to evaluate the supervision patterns within the story to do research in the elementary classroom, attached to Kamphaengphet. Analyze data by using the arithmetic meridian and interquartile range between values.
Based on the findings of the study, it was found that the model of supervision of research in the development of supervision model in primary educational of Kamphaengphet provincial office were consisted of four steps with 27 activities : Step 1 is school supervision planning were consisted of 8 activities. Steps 2 is organizing of school supervision were consisted of 7 activities. Step 3 is operation of school supervision were consisted of 7 activities and step 4 is the evaluate the results of school internal supervision were consisted of 5 activities.
