Abstract

“Lawaek War” was one of the large wars of King Naresuan the Great. Since there was a conflict of viewpoints between Thai history and Cambodian history, the researcher compared the viewpoints between IMA.2 and IMA.3 which were contemporary with “Lawaek War” and Cambodian annal to find the serial and agreeable viewpoints. It was found that “Prah Boromraajaa” was the son of “Prah Satthaa”. After that, “Prah Boromraajaa” reigned at Sreisanthor and died at the age of 21. This is consistent with IMA.3 inscription which said that “Prah Boromraajaa” was born in 2122 B.E. Thus, the mistake of the Cambodian History occurred with the misunderstanding by thinking that “Prah Aṅg” was “Prah Satthaa”. In this research, the researcher found that there was the navy of King Naresuan the Great. It was the important evidence in the Thai army history.
