กลวิธีทางภาษาในวาทกรรมเศรษฐกิจจากคำกล่าวปีใหม่สากลของประธานาธิบดีสี จิ้นผิง ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2566-2568

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์กลวิธีทางภาษาที่ปรากฏในวาทกรรมด้านเศรษฐกิจในคำกล่าวสุนทรพจน์อวยพรปีใหม่สากลของผู้นำจีนระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2566-2568 จากเว็บไซต์ของรัฐบาลกลางแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยเลือกศึกษาข้อมูลที่เป็นภาษาจีนมาแปลเป็นภาษาไทย แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ผ่านกรอบแนวคิดการวิเคราะห์ข้อความด้านกลวิธีทางภาษาของ Angkapanitchakit (2018) จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้นำจีนใช้กลวิธีทางภาษา 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) กลวิธีทางอรรถศาสตร์ ได้แก่ การเรียกขาน การอ้างถึง การใช้คำกริยา การใช้คำศัพท์อื่น ๆ และการใช้ตัวเลขสถิติ และ 2) กลวิธีทางวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์และวาทกรรม ได้แก่ การใช้มูลบท การใช้วัจนกรรม (กลุ่มบอกกล่าว กลุ่มชี้นำ กลุ่มผูกมัด กลุ่มแสดงความรู้สึก และกลุ่มแถลงการณ์) การใช้อุปลักษณ์ (อุปลักษณ์เชิงภาพพจน์ และอุปลักษณ์เชิงมโนทัศน์) การใช้เรื่องเล่า และการใช้สหบท ผลการวิจัยเผยให้เห็นถึงการใช้กลวิธีทางภาษาเพื่อแสดงความคิด ความรู้สึก และข้อมูลไปสู่ประชาชน การถ่ายทอดพลังทางภาษาของผู้นำอาจส่งผลต่อการรับรู้และวิถีปฏิบัติของประชาชน และกลวิธีทางภาษาของผู้นำจีนเหล่านี้แฝงไปด้วยอุดมการณ์หรือนัยสำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจ อีกทั้งยังทำให้เห็นแนวทางการออกแบบการสื่อสารทางเศรษฐกิจในการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ เสริมความน่าเชื่อถือ และส่งเสริมยุทธศาสตร์ทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศจีน
