บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการคงอยู่ของนักศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อการคงอยู่ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อการคงอยู่ และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการคงอยู่ของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอรรถวิทย์พณิชยการ เป็นการวิจัย เชิงปริมาณ ใช้แนวคิดและทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการคงอยู่ของนักศึกษาเป็นกรอบการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอรรถวิทย์พณิชยการ ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 308 คน ใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน, การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พบว่า
1. ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1 และ 2 ระดับการคงอยู่ของนักศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (M = 4.68, SD = 0.46) และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องมีความสำคัญในระดับสูง
2. ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 3 ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงกับการคงอยู่ของนักศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .63, p < .001)
3. ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 4 ปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์การคงอยู่ได้ คือ ด้านผู้เรียน ครู สังคม และการเงิน สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 52.6 (Adjusted R² = .526)
องค์ความรู้แสดงถึงพลวัตการคงอยู่ของนักศึกษาในบริบทอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน โดยมีปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียนและครูเป็นปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนหลักเชิงบวก ปัจจัยด้านการเงินเป็นปัจจัยสนับสนุนที่จำเป็น ขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านสังคม อาจส่งผลเชิงลบหากขาดการชี้นำที่เหมาะสม สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนา กลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมการคงอยู่ของนักศึกษาได้
