กลยุทธ์การแข่งขันของอีคอมเมิร์ซจีนในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากลยุทธ์การแข่งขันของอีคอมเมิร์ซจีนในประเทศไทย 2) วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบเชิงโอกาสและความท้าทายที่ผู้ประกอบการไทยได้รับจากกลยุทธ์การแข่งขันของ
อีคอมเมิร์ซจีนในประเทศไทย และ 3) เสนอแนวทางและมาตรการในการรับมือของผู้ประกอบการไทยต่อกลยุทธ์การแข่งขันของอีคอมเมิร์ซจีนในประเทศไทย รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ผู้ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องหรือความรู้ในเรื่องกลยุทธ์การแข่งขันของอีคอมเมิร์ซจีนในประเทศไทยทั้งจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และนักวิชาการ  จำนวน 24 คน ใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล  ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการสรุปความแบบพรรณนา


ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลยุทธ์การแข่งขันของอีคอมเมิร์ซจีนในไทย ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากรัฐบาลจีนผ่านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน โลจิสติกส์ และมาตรการภาษี ช่วยลดอุปสรรคให้ผู้ประกอบการจีนเข้าสู่ตลาดไทย แพลตฟอร์มจีนมีความได้เปรียบด้านราคา ความรวดเร็วในการจัดส่ง และการใช้ AI วิเคราะห์ความต้องการลูกค้า รวมถึงกลยุทธ์การตลาดที่หลากหลาย เช่น การโปรโมทผ่านโซเชียลมีเดีย และผู้ที่มีอิทธิพลในโลกออนไลน์ 2) ผลกระทบต่อผู้ประกอบการไทย มีทั้งโอกาสและความท้าทาย ด้านโอกาส ได้แก่ การขยายตลาดสู่ผู้บริโภคจีนและการกระตุ้นนวัตกรรมในไทย ส่วนความท้าทาย ได้แก่ การแข่งขันที่รุนแรงจากสินค้าราคาถูกของจีน ส่งผลกระทบต่อ SMEs การไหลออกของเงิน หนี้เสีย และต้นทุนโฆษณาที่สูงขึ้น และ 3) แนวทางและมาตรการในการรับมือของผู้ประกอบการไทย ได้แก่ การจัดเก็บภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
การปรับปรุงกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค การสร้างความร่วมมือภาครัฐ-เอกชนเพื่อระบบนิเวศที่เป็นธรรม ส่งเสริม SMEs พัฒนาศักยภาพ และพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซของไทยเอง
