The Factors of the Achievement of the Awarded Public Sector Administrational Management, Good Management Award: Case Study of Local Government in the Central Region Provinces Group

Abstract
This research aimed to study the current state, analyze factors, and purpose a model for good governance. This is a case study of local administrative organizations in the central metropolitan provinces. Collect quantitative data from executives and personnel of the Pathum Thani Provincial Administrative Organization and Pak Kret Municipality, a total of 400 people, and collected qualitative data from 20 key informants using descriptive statistics. and inferential statistics to analyze structural equations test relationship and consistency of the model.
The research results found that:
- Conditions of management of local government organizations that have received good management awards. There are two factors that organizational level factors, consisting of setting a vision; Mission and strategy for local development knowledge creation Understanding and transferring experiences to personnel in the organization Characteristics of executives having leadership qualities Personnel in the organization have knowledge, ability and responsibility. and listening to outside opinions and factors at the project level include allowing people to participate in project implementation. Close cooperation between local government organizations and the people Translating vision, policy, and strategy into actual operations. and project monitoring and evaluation.
- Success factors for the management of local government organizations that have won good management awards. Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspect, and the results of the multiple regression analysis found that the multiple correlation coefficient was equal to 0.92, the square of the multiple correlation coefficient was equal to 0.84.
- Model for local government organizations have 6 important elements: executive leadership Listening to opinions from all sectors Bringing vision to work Personnel are capable and responsible. Organizational strategy and project monitoring and evaluation and working systems and promoting collaboration.
Findings from this study, Executives of local government organizations can use research results to develop management strategies so that the organization can be a model for effective management and responds to the needs of the people and the area in a sustainable way. and can send the organization to request evaluation of good.
