The necessity need for developing teaching and learning of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University teachers in the 21st Century

Abstract

This article aims to 1) study the learning management needs of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University instructors in the 21^st century. The research design is quantitative, using the concept of educational philosophy as a framework. The research area is Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample consisted of 183 participants. The convenience sampling method used was a questionnaire.

The research findings revealed that the majority of the sample expressed the needs for learning management development of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University instructors in the 21^st century.  The study revealed that the majority of the sample expressed the needs for learning management development of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University instructors in the 21^st century. The learning design utilized an analysis of individual learners' strengths and weaknesses. Learning activities were organized to encourage learners to gain experiences through inquiry, experimentation, learning media, and innovations. Instructors were able to create materials, print media, and technology to support the learning process. Instructors were able to utilize a variety of teaching media to enhance learner learning. Learning management measurement and evaluation: Instructors were able to measure and evaluate learner learning through a variety of methods that were authentic to the learning situation. Instructors were able to use the learning assessment results as data for decision-making on student learning outcomes.
