A Study on Guidelines for Developing Transformational Leadership in the Digital Era Among Educational Institution Administrators Under Roi Et Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

Abstract
This article aims to 1. examine the components and indicators of transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators 2. investigate the current state, desired state, and essential needs concerning transformational leadership in the digital era of school administrators.3.explore approaches to A Study on Guidelines for Developing Transformational Leadership in the Digital Era among Educational Institution Administrators under Roi Et Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement A mixed-methods research design was employed, drawing on Bass and Avolio’s concept of transformational leadership, transformational leadership theory, and digital leadership as the conceptual framework. The sample consisted of 200 participants, selected through random sampling based on Taro Yamane’s formula. The research instruments included questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in conjunction with qualitative data derived from interviews and focus groups.
The findings revealed the following 1. Key Components Digital-era transformational leadership comprises four core Components (1) digital leadership vision, (2) digital learning orientation, (3) technological competency, and (4) digital management capability. 2.Current and Desired Conditions: The current leadership condition was found to be at a moderate level, while the desired condition was at the highest level. The most critical area of need was digital learning orientation, followed by digital leadership vision. 3. Development Guidelines: Effective development should emphasize creating a shared digital vision, utilizing digital technologies systematically, enhancing technological competencies for both administrators and teachers, and promoting learning processes that integrate with digital management practices.
