Model of Community Product Operation for Traditional Recipes to Planning Operational Strategies by Community Entrepreneurs to Value-added Community Products of Changklang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract
The research plan will focus on the operation model of the local snack community product and the strategic planning of the community entrepreneur group's operation to increase the community product's value in Chang Klang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The research objectives included the operation of the local snack community product consists of the analysis of the current problems and situations in the operation of the local snack community product in 3 groups: curry puffs of the Suan Khan Ban Tam Khanom Community Enterprise, traditional Thong Muan Ban Nawa of the traditional Thong Muan Ban Nawa Group, and Dok Jok dessert of the Nong Kung dessert group, Chang Klang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The operation model of the local snack community product, the operation and problems of the Suan Khan Ban Tam Khanom Community Enterprise, Suan Khan Subdistrict, Chang Klang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The sample group was determined by selecting key informants. The key informants were divided into three groups: (1) the Ban Khan Ban Khanom Community Enterprise Group, (2) the Ban Nawa Traditional Thong Muan Dessert Group, and (3) the Ban Nong Kung Dessert Group, as well as target customers and stakeholders.
The findings revealed that the operation 1) In terms of internal group management, members elect a group leader as a representative to manage the work and activities of the group. The leader is the primary coordinator between the group and customers, community leaders, and government agencies. Most group members are relatives or neighbors, respect each other, help each other, and have love and attachment to the group. There is a clear division of work duties in the group. However, at the same time, members can switch tasks when there are problems at work. All members are ready to learn for the development of the group together. The success of community enterprise groups must consist of a sound management system. The factors that affect success are focusing on the set goals, having a clear management structure, dividing work according to ability, being transparent, flexible, and adaptable, and having a clear work system.
