A Paradigmatic Research in Educational Administration: A Qualitative Research for Constructing Knowledge from Research Area

Abstract
Paradigmatic research in educational administration is an essential qualitative tool for studying spatial knowledge to inform development and improvement of educational systems, ensuring they meet changing needs and environments. This research method emphasizes the importance of the experiences and perspectives of stakeholders in the research area, allowing real phenomena to be translated into knowledge and summarized as administrative findings with empirical results. The research process is spatial, integrating concepts, theories, spatial contexts, practices, opinions, and beliefs of people, presenting key principles, and development pathways based spatial operations. Various research techniques are employed, including in-depth interviews, observations, document analysis, focus group discussions, and case study analysis. The researcher is the most crucial tool in data collection, analysis, and summarization, presenting paradigms and crystallizing knowledge from phenomena to inform future development efforts.
