The Relationship Between Risk Management and Safety Regulations of Education Institutions Under the Office of the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Arae 3

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of risk management in educational institutions under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, 2) study the level of safety compliance with regulations in educational institutions the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, and 3) investigate the relationship between risk management and safety compliance with regulations in educational institutions the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3. This study employed a quantitative research approach, utilizing the COSO-ERM 2017 framework for risk management and school safety regulations as the research framework. The research area consisted of educational institutions under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3. The sample comprised 24 school administrators and 298 teachers, totaling 322 participants, selected through stratified random sampling and proportionally allocated according to school size. Two types of research instruments were used: 1) a checklist questionnaire and 2) a five-point rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that:
- The overall level of risk management in educational institutions under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 was high.
- The overall level of safety compliance with regulations in educational institutions under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 was high.
- Risk management had a strong positive relationship with safety compliance with regulations in educational institutions under the office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, with statistical significance at 0.01 level.
