The action research process was conducted with 15 participants engaging in the development activities.

The research findings revealed that: 1) The historical study of Buddhism, culture, and art of the Dvaravati civilization in Nakhon Pathom showed that the prosperity of the Dvaravati period is reflected through its artistic creations temples, stupas, sculptures, Buddha images, and other artifacts. These remnants provide insights into the economic system, significant events, and socio-cultural conditions through the archaeological evidence of that era. 2)The efforts to elevate the conservation of the Dvaravati civilization into a historical educational tourism site highlighted the importance of storytelling that links historical significance with cultural promotion of the Dvaravati heritage. Strategic techniques were emphasized, particularly in constructing clear historical mapping to enhance cultural interpretation and visitor understanding. 3)The proposed developmental model for transforming the Dvaravati civilization of Nakhon Pathom into a historical educational tourism destination showed that the 15 participants exhibited no statistically significant differences in pre- and post-activity observations at the 0.05 significance level.
