Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study level of modernizing and aligning organizational management with the digital era for personnel of Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) 2) to compare modernizing and aligning organizational management with the digital era for personnel of Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) and 3) to examine modernizing and aligning organizational management with the digital era for personnel of Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization). Quantitative research uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample consists of 160 participants, and the data is analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, F-test, and multiple regression analysis.


The research results indicate that: 1) the overall level of digital era job performance of personnel at the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) is at a high level (equation= 4.32, S.D.=0.93) 2) the comparison results classified by personal factors reveal that, overall, there were no significant differences, except for personal factors related to gender, education level, and duration of work at a statistically significant level of .05; and 3) internal organizational factors in terms of strategy, personnel, and shared values within the organization, as well as motivational factors in work performance, including recognition and career advancement, significantly influence the modernizing and aligning organizational management with the digital era for personnel of Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) at a statistically significant level of 0.001.
