A Study of the Relationship Between Creative Leadership and School Administration According to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of School’s Group 3 Srivisoot

Abstract

This Article aimed to study (1) examine creative leadership, (2) school administration according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy, and (3) investigate the relationship between creative leadership and school administration based on the Sufficiency Economy. The research follows
a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires distributed to school administrators and teachers.
the sample was conducted in Group 3 Srivisoot schools, with a sample consisting of 9 school administrators was selected by purposive sampling and 94 teachers was selected by stratified and simple random sampling. The research instrument consisted of a single questionnaire divided into two sections: (1) a questionnaire on creative leadership of school administrators and (2) a questionnaire on school administration based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. Analysis data by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.


The research results were found as follows;


  1. The overall level of creative leadership was high.

  2. The overall level of school administration based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy was high.

  3. There was a positive and strong correlation between creative leadership and school administration based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.

The knowledge gained from this thesis serves as a guideline for improving, developing, and enhancing creative leadership and school administration to achieve greater efficiency.
