The Development of a Training Curriculum to Promote Research Design Skills at IRPC Technology College Rayong Province

Abstract
This research aims to create and study the results of using the training course to promote research design skills at IRPC Technology College, Rayong Province. The target groups are 1) administrators of vocational educational institutions, 2) department heads/department heads/lecturers and staff at IRPC Technology College, with a total of 42 people. The research instruments consisted of an interview form, an assessment form, a reflection record form from the AAR (After Action Review) process, and a training manual. The data were analyzed by summarizing the content and writing a descriptive description. The research results found that: (1) The training course to promote research design skills at IRPC Technology College, Rayong Province consisted of the following components:
1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) Structure 4) Content 5) (2) In terms of research design skills, it was found that the skills were at a good level. (3) In terms of positive attitudes toward research, it was found that the trainees had positive attitudes toward research.
In conclusion, the training course to promote research design skills at IRPC Technology College, Rayong Province can be used to train the target group effectively.
