Educational Administration Promoting in Accordance with The Law on Ethical Standards for Personnel in Thai Higher Education Institutions

Abstract
This academic article aims to present the educational administration Promoting in accordance with the law on ethical standards for personnel in Thai higher education institutions; 1) Promoting personnel to express pride in preserving government interests related to the nation, religion, and the monarchy, adhering to moral principles in working with principles of morality in working together; 2) Promoting personnel to work honestly and in accordance with the law, not using government time to pursue other careers or seek personal benefits; 3) Promoting personnel to make decisions to work correctly by adhering to the principles of the law on ethical standards, daring to oppose or dispute incorrect or unlawful orders, and not slandering others to cause damage; 4) Promoting personnel to work with a focus on public interest more than personal interest, having public spirit, determination, and sacrifice; 5) Promoting personnel to work with a focus on achieving work results to achieve quality according to the goals to the best of their ability, using government resources and budgets economically and cost-effectively, and developing and improving work methods to meet high standards; 6) Promoting personnel to perform their duties with fairness, without prejudice towards colleagues, without discrimination or providing educational services through personal relationships; and 7) Promoting personnel to maintain a good image of the government, to be a good example for students, and to demonstrate self-respect in order to create confidence, acceptance, and trust in students and the public.
