School Administrative Innovation Development for Promote Executive Functions Brain Skills of Students for Pilot Schools in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox

Abstract

This research study is a mixed methods research, The objectives are to study the components and evaluate the appropriateness and feasibility of School administrative innovation to promote Executive Functions Brain skills of students for pilot schools in Kanchanaburi Education Sanbox. The researcher used a conceptual framework. According to the Educational Innovation Areas Act 2019 and brain skills (Executive Functions), the sample group in this research study is Administrators and Teachers of pilot schools in Kanchanaburi Education Sanbox, totaling 275 people. Tools Used in the research was a 5-level questionnaire, interview form and assessment of the use of research results, Data were analyzed by finding the average and the standard deviation.


The research results found that;


  1. Components obtained from the study of School administrative innovation to promote Executive Functions Brain skills of students include: 1) internal factors in 5 areas: strategic planning and policy; Qualitative management of academic work (Curriculum and learning management process to promote brain skills and design of measurement to evaluate the development of brain skills (EF)) Development of personnel to have knowledge in promoting brain skills (EF) Student affairs administration (Student care and support system) and management of budgets, resources, media, equipment. 2) External factors, 2 aspects: creating an atmosphere, environment and experience, and a network of cooperation between schools, families, and communities. Opinions about the elements of innovation in educational management for Promote brain skills of students. Overall, there were high levels of opinion. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspect.

  2.  Evaluation of School administrative innovation to promote Executive Functions Brain skills of students for pilot schools in Kanchanaburi Education Sanbox. Overall opinion at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that there were high levels of opinion in all aspects. Sorted by average from highest to lowest is the usability aspect, followed by the accuracy aspect. Possibility and suitability.
