Relationship Building Model With Buddhist Principles of Kasikornbank Employees Service and Sales Area Office 1

Abstract

This research aims to study “A model of developing relationships of kasikorn bank officers by the four sangahavutthu principles in the office of service and marketing 1” It is a qualitative study in which data were collected through in-depth interviews. The informants were selected based on their knowledge and experience at the executive level of Kasikornbank, with a total of 15 participants. Data were collected in the form of in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The research results found that
1) Building relationships of Kasikornbank employees, creating love and commitment among Kasikornbank employees, is very important for organizations to understand deeply. Most employee commitment focuses on emotions and intellect that are dedicated to the organization. 2) The Buddhist principles of building relationships of Kasikornbank employees are 2 main principles: 1) Building relationships of Kasikornbank employees according to the principles of the 4 Sanghavatthu and 2) Building relationships of Kasikornbank employees according to the principles of the 4 Brahmaviharas and 3) The approach to building relationships based on Buddhist principles among employees of Kasikorn Bank, Sales and Service Division 1, involves integrating core Buddhist virtues with organizational activities. These include: Metta (Loving-kindness) – fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, Karuna (Compassion) – providing support and development for employees, Mudita (Sympathetic joy) – encouraging motivation and celebrating achievements, and Upekkha (Equanimity) – conducting operations with fairness and impartiality.
