Abstract

This article examines the role of leadership in educational administration in the digital era and its impact on organizational change and development. It emphasizes technology integration, staff skill development, the creation of a supportive learning culture, and addressing area-based challenges. Leaders in the digital age must possess adaptability, utilize technology to enhance management efficiency, and foster collaboration within organizations. The article also analyzes challenges such as the lack of technological resources in rural areas and limited understanding of new innovations. Additionally, it proposes strategies for developing leaders who can effectively respond to changes in the digital era and ensure sustainable progress.
