Abstract
This paper explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in educational administration to enhance personalized learning at the Roi Et Provincial Education Promotion Office. It examines AI's potential in tailoring educational experiences to individual student needs, optimizing learning outcomes, and streamlining administrative processes. study aims to demonstrate how personalized learning approaches can be effectively implemented to improve educational quality and efficiency. This study explores the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in educational administration to enhance personalized learning at the Roi Et Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. It emphasizes AI's potential to tailor learning experiences to meet individual students' needs, manage diversity within classrooms, and improve the efficiency of educational administration. The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology enables administrators to analyze student data to develop personalized learning plans, address identified challenges, and continuously adapt teaching methods to achieve better learning outcomes.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) also supports managing student diversity by grouping learners based on their abilities, customizing curricula, and providing proactive support according to changing circumstances. Furthermore, enhances the efficiency of educational administration by reducing redundant tasks, analyzing large datasets for decision-making, and tracking real-time progress of students and teachers through systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS). These capabilities make educational management more comprehensive, responsive, and data-driven. This study demonstrates that integrating AI into educational administration can address challenges such as resource limitations, inequality in access to education, and diverse student needs. The findings provide policymakers and educators with practical insights to develop and implement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven strategies that improve the quality and equity of education in diverse contexts.
