Abstract

The article's translation seeks to suggest guidelines for school administration aimed at transforming them into innovative educational institutions by expanding opportunities. It emphasizes the importance of embracing innovation and cultivating new knowledge in managing schools to create such opportunities. It stresses that school leaders need a broad vision and should support the development of staff skills and understanding of innovation. Therefore, it is essential for educational institutions to foster innovation internally. As a result, school administrators play a pivotal role in effectively harnessing innovation to lead organizations, thereby transforming them into innovative educational institutions that strive to establish new educational standards. Enhancing innovation capabilities through school management to broaden opportunities and promote innovative educational institutions is crucial for sustainable national development.
