The Development of Student Teacher by Integrating Contemplative Education, Coaching and Mentoring and Research-Based (CCR), Faculty of Education at Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University

Abstract
The develop student teachers is an important mission of the institute to produce teachers to serve society and develop the nation. The important role of teacher education must be to help develop the knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics of teachers. At present, teachers have been developed in a variety of ways and problems in teachers' work have been found to affect student learning development. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the process for developing student teachers by integrating the concept of mental and intellectual education. Mentoring and research based.The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the teacher development process 2) to study the result of teacher development, and 3) to Extract lessons from teacher development. The target groups were 11 mentor teachers, 10 fifth-year practice teachers in the field of science and 5 fifth year practice teachers in the field of social studies. The research instruments were the teacher enhancement handbook, the comprehensive test for mentor teachers and practice teachers, the teaching ability assessment, the research capability assessment, and the characteristics assessment of practice teachers. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation
The results were as follows:
1. The result of develop the teacher development process has consisted of 5 steps: 1)Reviewing the understanding of the target for the development, 2)Preparing for the professional development, 3)Leading to working in the profession, 4) Coaching and Mentoring on the result of the process, and 5) reflection and learning from the lesson.
2. The result of using the process of the teacher preparation process and enhancement had the details as follow 2.1) The understanding of mentor teachers had a mean of 19.26 and a percentage of 64.20. For student teachers, the mean was 18.05 and the percentage was 60.66. 2.2) The teaching ability was overall at high level. 2.3) the research capability of student teachers was overall at medium level and 2.4) The characteristics of student teachers were overall at high level.
3. The result of Extracting lessons from teacher development had the point of the process of cooperation and the support for the management to infuse the teaching profession into the practice teachers. All of the aspects were related to the development and the process in action. If there was no profoundly study, it cannot lead to the success in action.
