Abstract
This Article aimed to study (1) to study the conditions and necessary needs in academic administration of the Network for the Promotion of Efficiency in Secondary Education Management; Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 (2) To create a model for academic administration of the network to promote the efficiency of secondary education. Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 (3) To assess the quality of the academic administration model of the Network for Promoting the Efficiency of Secondary Education Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 (4) To study the results of using the academic administration model of the Network to Promote Efficiency in Secondary Education Management. Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, mixed method research. The sample was group consisted of 160 school administrators and teachers. The informants were 7 experts. The instrument for collecting data was questionnaires, interviews and assessments. Analysis data by mean, standard deviation. and analysis Content analysis
The research results were found as follows 1) Academic administration of the network to promote efficiency in secondary education management Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall, the status quo in practice is at a high level. Conditions that should be in practice are at the highest level. and needs are at a moderate level. 2) The academic administration model of basic educational institutions under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 consists of 2 main components. Component 1: Academic administration in 6 areas, namely the development of educational institution curricula. In terms of developing the learning process, in measuring and evaluating academic results. Development and promotion of learning resources Educational supervision and development of internal quality assurance systems Driven by component 2The 4-step management process is Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling. 3) The Academic Affairs Administration model of educational Administration Efficiency Network for The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 overall, the accuracy is at a high level and the suitability is at the highest level. 4) After the trial, the possibility is at the highest level. and the usefulness is at a high level.
