Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current and desired conditions and needs of the personnel management by using digital technology of the schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 2) to study the guidelines of personnel management by using digital technology of the schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. This research is mixed methods research. Using quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample group was school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel. A total of 310 people were recruited using Krejcie and Morgan's tables (Krejcie, 1970) using simple random sampling. The sample size was set at a confidence level of 95%. The data collecting instrument and suitability and feasibility assessment. The statistic included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and (PNI_modified).
The research results showed that.
1. The current conditions and desired conditions of personnel management using digital technology of schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. Overall, it is at the highest level. The priority needs were recruitment and appointment.
2. the guidelines of personnel management by using digital technology of the schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 has 6 guidelines
The findings from this research provide information on personnel management using digital technology in schools. That has shown the status quo of personnel management. The framework of personnel management needs to be developed using digital technology and can be used to improve appropriately and effectively in the school context.
