Retention Strategies and Loyalty to the Organizational of Personnel under Rajamangala University of Technology

Abstract
This article is a mixed method research using quantitative research and qualitative research as the objective. (1) to study the components of strategies for maintaining and loyalty to the organization of personnel under Rajamangala University of Technology. (2) To develop strategies for maintaining and loyalty to the organization of personnel under Rajamangala University of Technology and 3) To evaluate and confirm strategies for maintaining and loyalty to the organization of personnel under the University of Technology. Rajamangala that is suitable consistent usefulness and possibility. The sample was consisted of 370 support personnel. There were 11 key informants. The Tools used are questionnaires and expert reference seminars. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation. Exploratory component analysis and content analysis the research results were found as follows;
1. Components of strategies for maintaining and loyalty to the organization of personnel under the organization Rajamangala University of Technology 4 components are 1. Stable organization 2. Administration and organization management 3. Human resource management and 4. Experience and career advancement.
2.There are 4 strategies for maintaining and loyalty to the organization of personnel under Rajamangala University of Technology: Strategy 1: Creating a stable and sustainable organizational culture. Strategy 2: Administering and organizing the organization towards success. Strategy 3: Effective human resource management. Sustainable and strategy 4: creating stability and career advancement.
3. Results of evaluating and confirming strategies for maintaining and loyalty to the organization of personnel Under Rajamangala University of Technology, 4 strategies are appropriate. Consistent usefulness and possibility.
