Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the situation and the current situation for the construction of the state bilateral vocational education management model in the southern region; under new circumstances Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission 2) Create and develop a bilateral governmental vocational education management model in the southern region under the new incident. Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. 3) Evaluate the bilateral vocational education management model of the state in the southern region. under new circumstances Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission It is a mixed research method. Start with qualitative research. by interviewing experts The method of content analysis was used to conduct quantitative research. By analyzing the structural equation model and conducting qualitative research. by focus group discussion to confirm the bilateral vocational education management model of the state in the southern region under new circumstances Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission research results according to the objectives 1 It was found that the results of the synthesis of documents, concepts, theories, and related research By studying the principles, concepts, it was possible to synthesize the bilateral vocational education management model of the Southern region. Under the new incident, 9 aspects, 61 items. The research results according to the second objective using exploratory component analysis. It was found that 18.4 percent of the respondents were male and 81.6 percent female. Survey component analysis results The factor extraction method was used to determine the grouping of variables. by means of Varimax The results of data analysis revealed that there were 8 aspects, 42 items. In this step, the researcher renamed the components of each aspect and performed a confirmatory component analysis. The results of the validity check for consistency found that all latent variables were sufficiently reliable to determine the management model of the bilateral vocational education system of the southern region of Thailand. under new circumstances under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. The research results according to objective number 3 by holding group discussions. The results of the data analysis consisted of 8 aspects as follows: 1) policy aspect 2) curriculum aspect 3) goal-directed budget management under new incidents 4) goal-directed budget management under new incidents 5) teaching and learning 6) Classroom Management 7) Measurement and Evaluation 8) Excellence


Findings from this research benefit educational institutions. and establishments in the management of bilateral education Under the new incidence has continued.
