The Entrepreneurial Characteristics of the Vegan Food Business Groups in Thailand

Abstract
The objectives of this article are 1) to study the characteristics of entrepreneurs in the vegan food business groups in Thailand and 2) to compare the characteristics of entrepreneurs in the vegan food business groups in Thailand. The research method is quantitative research, and the sample group consists of 250 entrepreneurs in the vegan food business groups in Thailand. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula (1977) for unknown population size, and a specific targeted sample group was selected. Research tools used included questionnaires, frequency analysis, percentages, means, standard deviations, t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The research found that 1) entrepreneurs have a generally positive attitude towards their characteristics and 2) personal factors such as gender, age, marital status, education level, income, and duration of business operations did not significantly affect the characteristics of entrepreneurs in different types of vegan food businesses. 3) The characteristics of entrepreneurs had a statistically significant impact in the vegan food business groups in Thailand at a significance level of 0.05.
