Creative Leadership of School Administrators the Effectiveness of Private School Under the Office of Private Education, Songkhla Province

Abstract
This research article is a mixed method (Mixed Method) between Quantitative Approach and Qualitative Approach aims to 1. To study of creative leadership of private school administrators under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla Province. 2. To study the effectiveness of private schools in the system under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla Province. 3. To study the effect of creative leadership of school administrators on the effectiveness of private schools under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla Province. 4. To study guidelines for the development of creative leadership of administrators that affect the effectiveness of private schools in the formal system under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla Province. Two sample groups were administrators and teachers of private schools under the Songkhla Provincial Private Education Office consisted of 15 administrators using structured interviews. 351 teachers used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data with a predictive variable reliability of .909 and a criterion variable of .908. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean scores, standard deviations and multiple regression coefficients. The research findings were as follows: 1) the factors affecting the creative leadership of administrators in private schools under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla Province were generally at a high level. 2) The overall effectiveness of private schools under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla Province was at a high level. 3) Factors affecting the effectiveness of formal private schools found that flexibility and adaptability in terms of vision and teamwork significantly affected the effectiveness of formal private schools under the Songkhla Provincial Private Education Office, statistically at the .001 level. 4) Guidelines for creative leadership development of administrators that affect the effectiveness of private schools in the formal system under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla Province. (1) In terms of vision, executives must continue the vision that can lead the organization to achieve its goals and visionary management must proceed according to the plan set out and in line with the education policy of the Ministry of Education. (2) Flexibility and adaptability of educational institution administrators should be flexible in educational institutions to match the context and solve problems in educational institutions. Personnel is encouraged and encouraged to come up with innovative and modern methods to be used in their work. An effective environmental response policy has been adjusted. (3) Creativity: Executives are creative, far-sighted, have new ideas, which is related to the ability to adapt to the environment well, and must be driven to be a good leader. (4) Individuality: administrators take into account the differences between people by paying attention to the needs of each individual with equality and fairness, listening to the opinions of colleagues, willingly assigning tasks to teachers and personnel to take responsibility for their work. (5) Teamwork was an important factor that makes the work successful, the ability of administrators to motivate personnel to work together as a team also affects overall school effectiveness. It was found that Creative Leadership of School Administrators consists of 5 aspects: 1) Flexibility and adaptability, 2) Vision, 3) Creativity, 4) Individuality, 5) Teamwork. And Effectiveness of private school consists of 4 aspects: 1) The ability to develop students to have higher academic achievements, 2) The ability to develop students to have positive attitudes, 3) The ability to adapt and develop to the environment. 4) Ability to solve problems within the educational institution.
