Paradigm the Digital Social Studies Curriculum Development to Promote Digital Citizenship in the Next Normal Classroom

Abstract
This article aims to 1) review the conceptual framework of digital social studies curriculum; To promote digital citizenship in the next normal classroom and 2) to propose a way to develop a digital social studies curriculum. To promote digital citizenship in the next normal classroom. The study found that Digital Social Studies Program promotes digital citizenship in the next normal classroom It is a way to develop learning from the current digital society change. Creating a virtual classroom space through technology creating interactions, including using a variety of information media. The current cultural changes have affected children and young people's learning in the education system. cause learning quickly and widely from the above changes. Building digital literacy and media literacy in students is therefore essential for them to develop critical thinking skills, that is, raising awareness and learning digital skills timely and appropriately through 3 dimensions: 1) digital literacy and creativity; 2) morality, ethics, and digital social responsibility; and 3) participation and leadership in the digital economy. Including the creative application of media to be in line with the creation of digital citizens in the next normal classroom go through the process Digital Social Studies Curriculum Development Model or 4D Model as follows: 1) Digital Area Analysis; 2) Destination; 3) Design and Development; and 4) Digital Evaluation. The way to develop a digital social studies curriculum is important to change the traditional social studies curriculum paradigm that leads to the development of a digital social studies curriculum that will create a holistic learning ecosystem in on media and technology for efficiency in managing society, technology, classroom space, the next way forward in the future.
