A Model of Teaching Skills Encouragement Based on Buddha dhamma for Teachers in Border Patrol Police Schools

Abstract
This Article aimed to study 1) to study the teaching skills of teachers in border patrol police schools, 2) to develop a model for enhancing teaching skills of teachers in border patrol police schools according to Buddhist principles, and 3) to bring Proposing a model for enhancing teaching skills of teachers in border patrol police schools based on Buddhist principles It is a mixed method research.
by using concepts and theories about patterns Enhancement of teaching skills and Buddhist principles as a conceptual framework for research the research area is border patrol police school The samples and key informants were divided into 2 groups: 1) 319 headteachers, teachers and staff 2) 207 headteachers and 9 qualified group discussions were used by purposive selection method. There are 4 types of research tools: 1) questionnaire, 2) interview form, 3) questionnaire for focus group discussion, and 4) model assessment form. Data were analyzed using basic statistics and descriptive content analysis. Data Analysis data by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. The research results were found as follows;
- The condition of teaching skills of teachers in border patrol police schools the overall and individual aspects were at a high level in all 4 aspects: 1) teaching skills, 2) media and technology skills, 3) arousing interest skills, and 4) motivational skills.
- The development of a model for enhancing teaching skills of teachers in border patrol police schools according to Buddhist principles consisted of 4 parts: part 1 principles, part 2 objectives and part 3, enhancing teaching skills of teachers according to Buddhist principles. namely 1) Principles of Buddhist style in teaching 4 2) Methods for developing teaching skill enhancement 3) Teaching skill enhancement activities 4) Evaluation and Part 4 Success conditions
- A model for enhancing teaching skills of teachers in border patrol police schools according to Buddhist principles accuracy, suitability, possibility at a high level and usefulness at the highest level the research knowledge can be summarized as the DABS Model.
The knowledge gained from this research is a model for promoting and developing teaching skills of teachers who can use a model and approach to promote and develop teachers to have knowledge and ability in teaching and learning along with moral principles. and ethics to promote learning efficiency and benefit learners, teachers and schools in the future.
