Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to use the PLC process to raise the level of national learning achievements and learning groups; 2) to implement the PLC process to solve teaching and learning problems during the COVID-19 situation. Mixed method research: 1) quantitative research included questionnaires as a tool for data collecting; a sample group consisted of 83 people; The statistics were percentage, mean and standard deviation; 2) qualitative research based on interviews with 10 people from school administrators and teachers at Watlanboon school then interpreted and draw conclusions in a systematic way. The finding results indicate as follow.


  1. The learning results of the primary school students were found to have a grade point average of 3 or higher (average 80 percent) and secondary school found grade point average of 3 or higher (average 80 percent) from development according to potential, knowledge, ability, skills in information technology and communication to the 21st century.

  2. The results from the PLC process can solve integrated teaching and learning problems in the situation of the COVID-19 situation, which can be summarized as follows: 2.1) the results of the process are used in the development to benefit the students in a concrete way from the strengths and points that need to be developed; 2.2) outcomes to students / teachers / members who join the PLC network can apply learning innovations obtained from classroom action research; and 2.3) the value generated in education can be used to develop the quality of learning management that is desired to occur in students and teachers who are members in accordance with the common goals.
