Learning Organization Development Model of Private University in Southern Thailand

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current condition. operation problem and recommendations for being a learning organization 2) study the learning organization development model 3) examine the development model learning organization The combined research consisted of three stages: in-depth interviews with key informants; from 20 administrators of private higher education institutions in the southern region and used the Delphi technique 2 rounds with experts 17 people and group discussion The research found that 1) the current condition found that at the individual level, personnel are committed to self-improvement. There is a time allocation problem. and there is a recommendation to have a system of mechanisms in self-development, team level, condition at present, personnel have interpersonal knowledge management. using a nanny system There was a problem of lack of knowledge transfer skills. In the eKM system, it was suggested that there be a policy to transfer knowledge through the mentoring system. and corporate level Establish a policy, create a system, mechanism and practice for knowledge management. 2) A learning organization development model. It was found that there were related system components, namely organization, learning, people, knowledge, and technology. With the learning system as the core 3) The results of the examination of the learning organization development model revealed that there were 5 interrelated components with the organizational system as the core. The increasing factors include methods manage learning learning assessment methods building a learning network corporate values social network digital learning platform and learning exchange. The knowledge gained will be beneficial to the administrators of private higher education institutions and can be used as a guideline for the development of an effective learning organization model.
