Innovative Leadership of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkhirikhan

Abstract
The Article aimed to study (1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkhirikhan, and (2) to compare the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkhirikhan classified by school size. This study employed a quantitative research methodology. The 273 samples were teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkhirikhan of the academic year 2021 according to Taro Yamane’s sample size table through Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The school size was categorized into medium size, big size, and extra big size. The instruments were 5-level rating scale questionnaires about the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkhirikhan that covering 6 aspects i.e. change vision, team work, creative thinking, risk management, the use of information and communications technology, and environment creation of the innovative organization. The data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation and One-way ANOVA. The results of this study were found;
- The overview of the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkhirikhan was at the highest level. The ranked aspects by descending order were the use of information and communications technology, risk management, environment creation of the innovative organization, change vision, creative thinking, and team work.
- The innovative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkhirikhan classified by school size had difference without the statistically significant level of .05.
