The effectiveness of the administration of the Child Development Center of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization of Kaeng Krachan District, Phetchaburi Province

Abstract
The Child Development Center of the Sub-District Administrative Organization is of great importance in the development of children in each locality. But still need to improve the effectiveness of management in many respects. The purpose of this research was to study the administrative effectiveness of the child development center of the sub-district administrative organization of Kaeng Krachan district, Phetchaburi province and to compare the administrative effectiveness of the child development center of the sub-district administrative organization of Kaeng Krachan district, Phetchaburi province classified by management status board of child development centers teachers and teachers taking care of children populations are administrators. The committee of the child development center, teachers, and teachers who took care of children consisted of 231 people, and the effectiveness of the administration of child development centers subdistrict administrative organization Kaeng Krachan district, Phetchaburi province. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Analysis of variance between differences by testing the F value and one-way variance analysis.
The results showed that administrative effectiveness of the child development center, subdistrict administrative organization of Kaeng Krachan district, Phetchaburi province at a high level in all aspects ( = 4.04, S.D. = .29), respectively, was the planning aspect (
= 4.17, S.D. = .44), budget organization (
= 4.11, S.D. = .43) personnel management (
= 4.06, S.D. = .45) administration
( = 4.02, S.D. = .38)coordination (
= 3.86, S.D. = .44) and reporting (
= 3.82, S.D. = .49). The results of comparison of administrative effectiveness of child development centers of sub-district administrative organization of Kaeng Krachan district, Phetchaburi province classified by management status overall, it was found that the respondents with different statuses had a statistically significant difference in the administrative effectiveness of the child development centers at the .01 level, including planning organization personnel management coordination budget and the overall management effectiveness for respondents with different status had the administrative effectiveness of the child development center. There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, namely, in the field of administration. The effectiveness of the administration of the child development center in the reporting aspect, there were no statistically significant differences.
