The Role of Administrators in Promoting the Use of Innovation and Information Technology for Learning Management of Teachers under Chumphon Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract
School administration in the era of Education 4.0 Educational administrators must promote the use of innovation and information technology in educational management. To develop youth with quality and potential, ready to develop the country and live happily with other people in society. The objectives of this research were (1) the role of administrators in promoting the use of innovation and information technology for learning management of teachers under Chumphon Primary Education Service Area Office 1, and (2) to compare the role of administrators in promoting the use of innovation and information technology for learning management of teachers under Chumphon Primary Education Service Area Office 1. This study employed the quantitative research methodology. The samples were 329 teaches under Chumphon Primary Education Service Area Office 1 by stratified random sampling. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. Analysis data by using frequency distributions, t-test, and F-test.
The research results were found as follows.
- The role of administrators in promoting the use of innovation and information technology for learning management of teachers under Chumphon Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was at the high level.
- The comparison of the role of administrators in promoting the use of innovation and information technology for learning management of teachers under Chumphon Primary Education Service Area Office 1 classified by age, education, and school size had a significant difference at the statistical level of 0.05.
The knowledge in this research is able to be beneficial to improve the role of administrators in promoting the use of innovation and information technology for learning management of teachers under Chumphon Primary Education Service Area Office 1.
