The Relationship between Transformational leadership of the school administrators and the learning organizations under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkirikhan

Abstract
This Article aimed to study (1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools (2) to compare the transformational leadership of school classified by school size, and (3) to investigate the relation between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools. The sample used for this research consisted of 291 teachers and personnel of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuapkhirikhan of the academic year 2021. The instrument for collecting data was a 5 – point rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were mean, standard deviation, F-test and correlation coefficient.
The research results were found as follows: 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools were at the high level, 2) the comparison of transformational leadership of school administrators classified by school size had a significant difference at the statistical level of .05, and 3) the relation between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools was at the high level with statistical significance at .01.
