Conditions and Problems of Risk Management in Schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Sevice Area Office 4

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) to study the condition and risk management problems in educational institutions, under the Office of Sisaket Primary Education Service Area Office 4. 2) To compare risk management issues in educational institutions, according to Sisaket primary education Service Area office 4 by school size. 3) To study risk management recommendations in educational institutions under the Office of Sisaket Primary Education Service Area 4. The samples used in this research include: 202 teachers and school administrators. The tools used in this research are A 5-level scale questionnaire of 41 values with a confidence in risk management conditions is 0.92 and risk management problem was 0.90. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

The research results revealed as follows:

1. The condition and problem of risk management in the school found that the condition of the risk management in the school Overall and in each aspect at the highest level and risk management problems in educational institutes, in overall and in each aspect at the lowest level.


2. A comparison of the opinions of the teacher civil servants to the risk management problems in educational institutions Classified by school size, it was found that the overall differences were different and strategy. Smaller schools have more risk management problems than larger schools. In terms of operations, Small schools and large schools. There are more risk management problems than medium-sized schools, statistically significant at .05.


3. The proposal for risk management in educational institutions found that the risk management guidelines for small and large schools should be studied. Should study and plan for risk management in educational institutions.
